Welcome to TooLate!
TooLate is an app made for students in higher education. It brings everything together in one place—from checking your class schedule to finding student events. With TooLate, you can easily load your timetable, manage daily tasks and appointments, see your friends’ schedules, discover events, and more. We understand what students need and want to bring student life back like never before.
These Terms of Use explain the rules between you, the user, and us, the service provider. We have kept the language simple so it’s easy to understand. Please take a moment to read them carefully.

DEFINITIONS
In these Terms of Use, words with an initial capital letter have the meanings defined below. These terms apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.
App: The mobile and/or web application that provides the Service.
Service (also referred to as “TooLate”): All functionalities offered to the User, including but not limited to: personal schedules, friends’ schedules, events, etc.
User: Any person who uses the Service.
TooLate Organization: Refers to the organization or company behind TooLate.
Website: The official website of TooLate, accessible at toolateapp.com.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
By using the App, the User automatically agrees to these Terms of Use. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between the User and the TooLate Organization.
TooLate Organization reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use, including essential components such as the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately unless stated otherwise. Users will be notified of revisions via the App (through a pop-up, banner, visible message, or required re-login), via email, or on the Website. Continued use of the App after revisions signifies acceptance of the updated Terms, except where legal consent is required. If a User does not agree with the changes, they must discontinue the use of the App and ensure their profile is deleted. Privacy-related updates are governed by the TooLate Privacy Policy.
This agreement remains legally binding, whether or not the User is registered.
ELIGIBILITY TO USE THE APP
The App is designed for students in higher education, typically aged 17 and older. Under no circumstances do we intend to collect data from children under 13 years old. If you suspect that a User is under 13, please contact us immediately (see the last section for details).
If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms of Use.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF TOOLATE
Service Interruption or Termination
TooLate Organization is not responsible for the discontinuation of the Service. We reserve the right to terminate any and all activities related to the Service at any time, without prior notice.
Interruptions, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, may occur due to the nature of the internet, software issues, service providers, or other internal and external factors. As a result, TooLate Organization cannot guarantee that the Service will always function without errors.
TooLate Organization is not liable for any consequences arising from the suspension or termination of any or all functionalities, including but not limited to: data loss, missed opportunities, revenue loss, wasted time, or emotional distress
Information Accuracy
TooLate takes every effort to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information displayed in the App. However, we do not guarantee the completeness or correctness of published content or links leading to external websites.
TooLate Organization is not responsible for User behavior and does not guarantee the quality, compatibility, or safety of its Users.
All information provided by Users is handled according to the Privacy Policy, which we strongly recommend reading carefully.
TooLate’s commitments are based on best-effort obligations and do not guarantee specific results.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TooLate Organization can only be held liable in cases of fraud, intentional deception, or gross misconduct.
ACCOUNT TERMINATION
You can delete your account at any time via the App. This action permanently removes all account-related data. Once deleted, an account cannot be recovered.
We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently remove a User’s account at any time and without prior notice. If your account is terminated, you are not permitted to create a new one.
Termination does not entitle the User to any form of compensation.
INDEMNIFICATION FOR THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS
The User agrees to indemnify and hold TooLate Organization harmless from any third-party claims related to the User’s provided information or any breach of these Terms of Use.
Providing false registration information constitutes a violation of these Terms, and the User agrees to indemnify TooLate Organization against any resulting claims.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Service is the exclusive property of TooLate Organization. This includes, but is not limited to, the structure, design, interfaces, databases, text, digital content, trademarks, HTML elements, graphics, and logos. The App is protected under Belgian intellectual property law and international intellectual property treaties.

All trademarks (nominal or figurative), trade names, service marks, wordmarks, illustrations, graphics, and logos associated with the App remain the exclusive property of TooLate Organization or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
The following actions are strictly prohibited without written permission (see the last section for details):
Extracting data through temporary or permanent transfers, or making the App’s data publicly available for commercial or other purposes.
Systematically retrieving and using any part of the App’s visible information beyond normal personal use.
Exploiting, trading, or distributing any part of the App, including its visible content, databases, services, programs, source codes, algorithms, or methods.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully valid and enforceable.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Users are encouraged to contact TooLate Organization first for any claims or disputes (see the last section for contact details).
In accordance with Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013, the European Commission has established an online dispute resolution platform to facilitate independent dispute resolution between consumers and professionals in the EU. This platform is accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu.
These Terms of Use are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above-mentioned channels will be submitted to the competent court in Bruges.
